Conference fee

Conference Fee:

• • Amount: 500 EUR for the 2nd delegate (if your organisation does not submit a poster  – visit our poster page for more info).
  • Invoicing: The fee will be invoiced to the participant (or organisation) in the name of the Leukemia Patient Advocates Foundation, Switzerland, 1 month before the start of the conference.

What the Conference Fee Covers:

• • Accommodation: Up to 4 nights.
  • Transportation: Local transport from Barcelona airport to the conference and back.
  • Meals: Breakfast, lunch (Friday to Sunday), and dinner (Friday and Saturday) during the conference.
  • Amenities: Free Wi-Fi in conference rooms and bedrooms.
  • General Costs: Includes all general conference expenses.

Note: The Conference fee DOES NOT cover Thursday lunch or dinner, and Sunday dinner.

Exclusions: The fee does not cover incidental costs such as:

• • Bar or mini-bar expenses
  • Phone calls
  • Taxi costs
  • Room upgrades
  • Expenses for relatives attending the conference
  • Any other non-official activities

Payment Details:

• • Deadline: Payment must be received 1 month before the start of the conference.
  • Cancellation: The fee is still required in case of cancellations.
  • Method: Payment should be made by BACS to the foundation.

Invoice Address:

• • Please provide this information during the electronic registration process, including the full postal address and the name of the organisation responsible for the payment.

Funders’ representatives:

• • Funders’ representatives must register.
  • Funders’ representatives must book their own accommodation and flights to and from Barcelona, as well as their transfers to the CLL Horizons venue.
  • Conference costs, including the daily delegate rate and catering, will be covered by CLLAN and not invoiced to funders’ representatives.

CLLAN Steering Committee Members and Operational Staff:

• • Must register for the CLL Horizons conference using the registration form.
