Scholarship Application
Registration for the International CLL Horizons Conference will be available for up to two participants per organisation.
First Delegate: A full scholarship will be provided for the first delegate from the patient organisation who meets the eligibility criteria. This includes:

- Maximum 4 nights of accommodation (for delegates undertaking long-distance flights)
- Economy-class return flight and transfers
- Food and beverages (breakfast, lunch Friday to Sunday, and dinner Friday and Saturday) during the conference
- Free Wi-Fi in conference rooms and bedrooms
- General conference costs
Second Delegate: For a second delegate, the conference fee is 500 EUR. This includes:

- Maximum 4 nights of accommodation (for delegates undertaking long-distance flights)
- Local transportation from Barcelona airport to the conference and back
- Food and beverages (breakfast, lunch Friday to Sunday, and dinner Friday and Saturday) during the conference
- Free Wi-Fi in conference rooms and bedrooms
- General conference costs
- You will need to fund your own travel to and from Barcelona. CLLAN travel agent can organise on your behalf. To be included in the transfer service, please supply us with your flight details (if arranging yourself).
Please note that in order to optimise costs, there may be slight adjustments to the preferred departure date you included in your registration. The Conference fee DOES NOT cover Thursday lunch or dinner, and Sunday dinner. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Submit a Poster to Waive the Conference Fee for the Second Delegate: Submit and present a poster showcasing a CLL-related advocacy, campaign, or support project your organisation has carried out in the last 12 months. If accepted, the 500 EUR conference fee for the second delegate will be waived! You will need to fund your own travel to and from Barcelona.

Delegate Eligibility Criteria:

- Be a member of CLL Advocates Network or have an active role in advocacy/support within a patient organisation/group that supports patients with CLL/SLL
- Be able to communicate in English
