How To Get a Visa to Barcelona: Tips and Advice

After checking the link, if you are required to obtain visa to enter Spain, you must submit your registration for attending CLL Horizons 2024 by 15th July 2024 at the following REGISTRATION LINK

This early registration deadline is crucial to facilitate timely visa appointments and document processing. Once the team has confirmed your registration and sent you the necessary support documents, we strongly encourage you to promptly initiate the visa application process. Taking swift action will aid embassies and visa agents in having sufficient time for processing. Your prompt attention to these deadlines is greatly appreciated, as it enhances the likelihood that all participants can fully engage in this enriching event without facing logistical challenges.

CLLAN Horizons Team will supply you with accompanying documentation once your registration has been approved by the Horizons team.

Accompanying documents that will support your visa application will be:

  • Flight Itinerary
  • Hotel Confirmation
  • Invitation letters by:
    – Local Patient organisation
    – CLL Advocates Network / LePAF

The processing time for a Schengen visa is approx. 20 calendar days however it may take longer and up to a few months. Please arrange your appointment to submit your application immediately after you receive your supporting documents from CLLAN Horizons Team.
