Do you have a project or initiative you would like to share with the CLL advocacy community? We invite you to submit your abstracts for the upcoming Best Practice Session at CLL Horizons 2025.

This session offers a valuable opportunity to present your work, exchange ideas, and contribute to shared learning. By showcasing your experiences, you can help inform and strengthen the efforts of fellow patient advocates around the world.

How to submit:

1. Prepare your abstract: Keep it clear, concise, and compelling.  You can download instructions and abstract submission form HERE. Alternately you can contact the CLL Horizons team at CLLHZ@clladvocates.net and we will send you the template and form.
2. Submit your entry: Send you completed abstract form to the CLL Horizons team at CLLHZ@clladvocates.net
3. After reviewing the abstracts, the CLL Abstract Committee will select the best practices that will be presented during the session.
