• • A full scholarship (free of charge) will be provided for the first delegate from the patient organisation who meets the eligibility criteria.
  • The amount payable is 500 EUR for the second delegate (if your organisation does not submit a poster  – visit our poster page for more info).
  • Invoicing: The fee will be invoiced to the participant (or organisation) in the name of the Leukemia Patient Advocates Foundation, Switzerland, 1 month before the start of the conference.

• • Accommodation: Two or three nights of accommodation, depending on individual travel arrangements (maximum 4 nights for delegates undertaking long-distance flights)
  • Transportation: Local transport from Krakow airport to the conference venue and back.
  • Meals: Food and beverages during the conference 11th – 13th September. Please note that the conference fee does not include lunch or dinner on Wednesday, 10 September, or dinner on Saturday, 13 September.
  • Amenities: Free Wi-Fi in conference rooms and bedrooms.
  • General Costs: Includes all general conference expenses.

The fee does not cover incidental costs such as:

• • Bar or mini-bar expenses
  • Phone calls
  • Taxi costs
  • Room upgrades
  • Room service charges
  • Expenses for relatives attending the conference
  • Any other non-official activities

• • Deadline: Payment must be received 1 month before the start of the conference.
  • Cancellation: The fee is still required in case of cancellations.
  • Method: Payment should be made by BACS to the foundation.

• • Please provide required information during the electronic registration process. Our team will contact you to confirm details for the invoice.

• • Funders’ representatives must register.
  • Funders’ representatives must book their own accommodation and flights to and from Krakow, as well as their transfers to the CLL Horizons venue.
  • Conference costs, including the daily delegate rate and catering, will be covered by CLLAN and not invoiced to funders’ representatives.

• • CLLAN Steering Committee Members and Operational Staff must register for the CLL Horizons conference using the registration form.
