Flight Arrangements:

• • All flight bookings, as well as airport-to-venue transfers upon arrival and venue-to-airport transfers upon departure, will be coordinated by CLLAN’s contracted travel agent for all CLL Horizons attendees. Alternatively, attendees may choose to book their own flights, in which case CLLAN will reimburse costs up to 400 EUR for EU flights and up to 900 EUR for long-distance flights.
  • Note for Second Delegates Submitting a Poster you will need to fund your own travel to and from Krakow. If you wish, our CLLAN travel agent can organise this on your behalf for a fee. If you choose to arrange your own travel, please advise us of your flight details if you wish to avail of our airport transfer service.
