After checking the link, if you are required to obtain visa to enter Poland, you must submit your registration for attending CLL Horizons 2025 by 30th June  2025 at the following REGISTRATION LINK

This early registration deadline is important to ensure timely visa appointments and document processing, as securing an appointment can take up to 45 days. Once the team has confirmed your registration and sent you the necessary support documents, we strongly encourage you to promptly initiate the visa application process. Taking swift action will aid embassies and visa agents in having sufficient time for processing. Your prompt attention to these deadlines is greatly appreciated, as it enhances the likelihood that all participants can fully engage in this enriching event without facing logistical challenges.

CLLAN Horizons Team will supply you with accompanying documentation once your registration has been approved by the Horizons team.

Accompanying documents that will support your visa application will be:

• Flight Itinerary
• Hotel Confirmation
• Invitation letter from CLL Advocates Network / LePAF

Schengen visa processing takes between 20 and 60 calendar days. Please arrange your appointment to submit your application immediately after you receive your supporting documents from CLLAN Horizons Team.
