Scholarship Application

Registration for the International CLL Horizons Conference 2026 is available for up to two participants per organisation.

Delegate Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, delegates must meet the following criteria:

• Be a member of CLL Advocates Network or have an active advocacy/support role within a patient organisation or group supporting people with CLL/SLL.
• Be able to communicate in English.

First Delegate: Full Scholarship

A full scholarship will be provided for the first eligible delegate from each patient organisation. This includes:

• Two or three nights of accommodation, depending on individual travel arrangements, with a maximum of four nights for delegates undertaking long-distance flights.
• Economy-class return flight.
• Transfers between Barcelona-El Prat Airport and the conference venue.
• Food and beverages during the conference from 16–18 October.
• Free Wi-Fi in conference rooms and bedrooms.
• General conference costs.

Second Delegate: Conference Fee

A second delegate may attend for a conference fee of 500 EUR. This includes:

• Two or three nights of accommodation, depending on individual travel arrangements, with a maximum of four nights for delegates undertaking long-distance flights.
• Transfers between Barcelona Airport and the conference venue.
• Food and beverages during the conference from 16–18 October.
• Free Wi-Fi in conference rooms and bedrooms.
• General conference costs.
• Please note that the second delegate must fund their own travel to and from Barcelona. The CLLAN travel agent can organise travel on your behalf if required. If you arrange your own travel and wish to be included in the transfer service, please provide your flight details.

Please note: The conference fee does not include lunch or dinner on Thursday, 15 October, or dinner on Sunday, 18 October.

Submit a Poster to Waive the Second Delegate Conference Fee

Organisations can waive the 500 EUR conference fee for the second delegate by submitting and presenting a poster showcasing a CLL-related advocacy, campaign, or support project carried out by the organisation in the last 12 months.

If the poster is accepted, the second delegate’s conference fee will be waived. However, the second delegate will still need to fund their own travel to and from Barcelona.
