Flight Arrangements

Flight bookings and airport transfers for eligible CLL Horizons attendees will be coordinated by CLLAN’s contracted travel agent.

This includes:

• Flight bookings, where applicable
• Transfers from Barcelona-El Prat Airport to the conference venue upon arrival
• Transfers from the conference venue to Barcelona-El Prat Airport upon departure

Alternatively, eligible attendees may choose to book their own flights. In this case, CLLAN will reimburse travel costs up to:

• 400 EUR for flights within Europe
• 900 EUR for long-distance flights

Please note that reimbursement is subject to prior approval and submission of the required travel documentation.

Second Delegates Submitting a Poster

Second delegates whose conference fee is waived through an accepted poster are responsible for funding their own travel to and from Barcelona.

If required, the CLLAN travel agent can organise travel on their behalf for an additional fee. If second delegates arrange their own travel and wish to use the airport transfer service, they must provide their flight details in advance.

Please note that departure flights should be booked no earlier than 4:30 pm on Sunday, 18 October, to allow attendees to participate in the full conference programme.
