Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada (LLSC) is a national charitable organisation dedicated to improving the lives of people affected by blood cancers and their families. With a partial focus on chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL), LLSC supports people throughout their blood cancer experience through research, education, personalised support and advocacy.
As one of Canada’s leading organisations dedicated to blood cancer, LLSC funds research from bench to bedside, provides targeted blood cancer information and helps people navigate their diagnosis and care. The organisation also offers psychological, emotional, practical and peer support, while empowering people affected by blood cancer to take an active role in their healthcare. LLSC also contributes to patient-centred research, including a recent CLL Treatment Preference Study involving members of the Canadian CLL community.
